AOMG and Jay Park review:
Jay Park as a singer, songwriter, and rapper, launched AOMG, a South Korean hip-hop and R&B record label in 2013.
AOMG was formed by Jay Park in September of 2013. Jun Goon, singer/producer Gray, and Cha Cha Malone, producer/dancer for the Jay Park Art of Movement dance team, were his first signings.
In October, the label had its debut party at “The A” in Seoul, which was hosted by Ben Baller. That same month, the label produced Gray‘s debut album, Call Me Gray, which was a mini-album.
Loco, Gray, Simon Dominic, Hoody, Woo Won-jae, Code Kunst, Sogumm, Punchnello, DeVita, Lee Hi, Yugyeom, as well as UFC fighter Chan Sung Jung, are among the artists represented by the label (The Korean Zombie).
Following his departure from JYP Entertainment in January 2021, AOMG signed vocalist Yugyeom, who was also a member of the South Korean boy band GOT7. On the same day, his ‘FRANCHISE’ Dance Visual / Travis Scott, Feat. Young Thug & M.I.A. dance video was released on AOMG’s YouTube page.
